They will be accepting dresses, shoes and accessories until Jan. 18, (please call to make arrangements if you can not make the deadline). The Shop will be open from January 23-28 from 3:30-5 p.m. Mon-Fri and 12-3 p.m. on Saturday. The Prom Dress Boutique consignment will be held in the BHS hospitality room across from the high school gymnasium.<br><br> <b>January 28</b><br><br> MacMurray College will hold an Adult Degree Completion Program informational meeting on Saturday, Jan. 28, at 10 a.m. at the Beardstown Public Library. Interested adults may learn more about how they can finish their degree and still work! No RSVP is required but for more information call 479-7116 or visit their web site at www.Mac.edu. <br><br> <b>February 10</b><br><br> The Beardstown Chamber of Commerce will be having a tax assistance program for low-income residents of Beardstown who cannot afford professional help. Appointments will be made for Friday, Feb. 10 and Thursday, Feb. 23rd from 8 a.m. to noon and again on Friday, March 9 from 8 a.m. to noon.
